Job ChalleNGe Programs
New Mexico Job ChalleNGe Academy provides Youth ChalleNGe Academy graduates with continuing education and career technical training leading to college credits and an industry-recognized certificate, while modeling and developing fundamental career and life skills.
- Provides advanced workforce training, industry credentials, and job placement support for graduates of Youth ChalleNGe, ages 17–20.
- Program Structure: 10–20-week residential workforce academy delivering certifications, soft skills training, financial literacy, transportation, meals, and wraparound support.
- Certifications Offered: Trades (plumbing, HVAC, pipefitting, earning a multi-craft core certification), Certified Nursing Assistant, Automotive Tech (ASE), – Basic, partnerships with CNM, New Mexico employers, and union
- Academic support for college course work, and completion of High School Equivalency if needed.
